Prime Minister Narendra Modi appeared to be in great spirits while interacting with CM Chandrababu and deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and other guests at the Amaravati event last evening.
Incidentally, there was this one very interesting conversation between Prime Minister Modi and IT Minister, Nara Lokesh. Reportedly, Modi asked Lokesh about his reluctance to meet him.
While conversing with Lokesh before getting on this stage, Modi reportedly asked Lokesh “How many times do I need to invite you? Why don’t you come to meet me?”. Notably, this is the second time that Modi is inviting Lokesh after doing the same during his last visit to AP.
With Modi himself asking Lokesh to come and meet him, the Andhra Pradesh IT Minister reportedly obliged and promised to meet the PM along with his family members very soon.
Lokesh had recently gone on an official visit to Delhi, but he confined this trip to meetings with Cabinet ministers to secure adequate resources for Andhra Pradesh. He did not meet Modi on this official. But it is interesting to note that Modi made it a point to invite Lokesh on his own.
People are already spectating if Modi is seeing Lokesh as the next big thing in AP politics and wants to get to know the TDP scion after having already formed a strong ally with his father Chandrababu.
