Last week, YSR Congress firebrand and former civil supplies minister Kodali Nani was admitted to the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad after he allegedly sustained a heart attack. He was being treated at the hospital for the last week or so after being assessed with three blockages in his heart valves.
After the early assessment and adequate treatment, the medical team reportedly advised Nani to go to Mumbai for better treatment. He was suggested by the medical team to either have a stent to his heart or go for a bypass surgery.
On this note, Nani is set to fly to Mumbai for medial treatment. According to the latest reports, Nani will undergo a bypass surgery under the supervision of Dr Ramakanth Panda at the famous Asian Hospital in Mumbai.
Apparently, Dr. Panda is one of the top heart surgeons in the country and has the rich lineage of having worked on the bypass surgeries of veteran personalities like Manmohan Singh, Lalu Prasad Yadav, and even Raghu Rama Krishna Raju. The chances are that Kodali Nani could have his bypass surgery in Mumbai the day after tomorrow. For now, he is likely to leave to Mumbai today.
