Recently, after announcing his political retirement, he shared pictures of himself working in his farm, which caught the public’s attention.
Now, in a recent turn of events, Vijayasai Reddy reportedly met with Y.S. Sharmila. The two are said to have met in Hyderabad at Lotus Pond three days ago, where they reportedly spent more than three hours together. They even had lunch together. During this meeting, it is believed that they discussed political matters in great detail. Though the meeting was kept secret, the information was leaked just two days later, seemingly through Vijayasai Reddy himself.
In the past, Vijayasai Reddy shared a good relationship with both Jagan and Sharmila. However, after their differences surfaced, he sided with Jagan. In fact, he had leveled sharp allegations against Sharmila. For a long time, Vijayasai Reddy was seen as a loyalist to Jagan, criticizing Sharmila and accusing her of various things, which she later revealed publicly. She even claimed that he spread lies about her and her children.
Given that Vijayasai Reddy is now meeting Sharmila after distancing himself from Jagan and politics altogether, this development has raised eyebrows. Though Vijayasai Reddy has maintained cordial relations with the entire Y.S. family as an auditor, his meeting with Sharmila holds more significance after his withdrawal from politics.
