Historically, speaking, Chandrababu Naidu phases one major complaint about his administrative operations. Once he becomes the chief minister, he only focuses on administrative duties and delivering good governance to the public, and doesn’t pay attention to the disciplinary process of his party MLAs.
But this time around Chandrababu is placing a lot of emphasis on this matter. In fact, the latest developments are suggesting that Chandrababu has reprimanded as many as 48 TDP MLAs at once.
In his high-level meeting with TDP leadership today, Chandrababu pointed out that 48 MLAs belonging to TDP are under the radar for poor management and lack of ground level connect.
Reportedly Chandrababu is furious with these MLAs for not taking part in pension distribution, and CMRF check distribution programs. He had already intimated his representatives to be actively indulging in public conversations but many of them took his advice lightly.
Vexed by this, Babu has now decided to reprimand these MLAs and they’re even bound to receive notices regarding the same. These representatives will be asked to explain their actions and if they fail to do so, certain disciplinary action could be taken accordingly.
On a related note, the Tiruvur ontroversy involving Kolikapudi Srinivas and Kesineni Chinni has also reached Babu and there could be consequences as it is established that Kolikapudi has been causing rifts by not blending with local TDP Ecosystem. It has to be seen what kind of action Chandrababu will be taking in this connection.
