Something extremely unexpected happened yesterday while YS Jagan visited Raptadu in Anantapur district. There was unforeseen crowd, pulling at the helipad area where Jagan had landed. The situation was so out of control that the crowd had reportedly damaged the windshield of the chopper.

Immediately, after this incident, YSR Congress leaders readily pushed the blame on Andhra Pradesh Police department. They claimed that the police did not provide adequate security to Jagan at the location.

However, home Minister Anita had clarified on the issue and even explain the series of events proceeding and succeeding this Raptadu visit of Jagan.

“Jagan and his man tried their best to create a scene in Raptadu. They intentionally wanted to go from Raptadu to Bengaluru by road and that’s why they created a ruckus at the airlift area. But Andhra Pradesh Police was vigilant of what was happening, and they secured the entire path from Anantapur to Bengaluru. This is the efficiency of the Andhra Pradesh Police Department.” Anitha said.

Local MLA Paritala Sunitha had also spoken on the matter, and she stated that Jagan tried to create unrest and public riot for his political gains. “In my opinion, Jagan does not even deserve so much security in the first place. We had one CI and 4 SIs along with multiple constables for his security. Being just an MLA Jagan does not need so much security.” She stated.

While YSR Congress tried to create a scene at the Raptadu meeting yesterday, it got diluted prematurely with the failed attempt at the helipad, followed by Jagan’s absurd warning to the police department as he warned to strip them. This ultimately ended up as a flop fest for the Jagan party.
