Right from day one, the YSR ecosystem is largely against the Amaravati capital prospect. This was evident in the way, former chief Minister YS Jagan tormented the capital region in his five year tenure. And even after that, YCP is still spreading vehement hate on the Amaravati region.
The recently telecast Sakshi program where a journalist called Amaravati a breeding ground for female sex workers pretty much reflects the party’s ideology regarding the Amaravati project.
This incident was followed by a highly controversial press conference that was commissioned by Ycp’s key leader, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy. While speaking about the woman who were protesting against this atrocious comment against Amaravati, Sajjala said “Even devils don’t act like this. These people belong to some sort of a cult. They’re not rational and sane humans”.
This statement from Sajjala again created another huge controversy. It has reached a point where Undi MLA, Deputy speaker Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has approached AP DGP with a complaint against Sajjala.
RRR pointed out Sajjala crossed the social boundary while speaking against women and called for measures against him. He even called for an SC/ST atrocity case against Sajjala in this matter.
If at all this case materialises, the Sajjala could find himself in a deep mess and this is the last thing that Jagan would be wanting now.
