Raj Kasireddy, a name that not many knew till recently is now caught in the infamous liquor scam committed by the previous YCP government. This primary accused in the liquor scam case is reportedly a very close person to Jagan.

He was already taken into custody by Andhra Pradesh police recently for his alleged involvement in the liquor scam. And now the SIT has started to investigate him to establish the key facts regarding this case.

During the investigation, it is being reported that Raj Kasi Reddy had confessed to a big development in this case. According to a media report published by Eenadu, Raj had reportedly confessed that Jagan had ordered him to construct the liquor policy in such a way that huge funds are accumulated to the YCP party fund.

Reportedly, Raj revealed that Jagan gave him the primary principal of bringing huge funds to YCP through this liquor policy. This is a very big revelation from the controversial Raj Kasireddy who was appointed as IT correspondent in the previous Jagan government but somehow found his way into liquor policy cabinet.

Raj was reportedly grilled by the SIT for nearly 8 hours yesterday and over hundred questions were asked through the course of the investigation. While he strategically maintained silence for many of these questions, he made this one big revelation about Jagan himself, ordering him to construct the policy in such a way that YCP gets benefitted.

This is perhaps the reason why several distilleries and filling plants that were operations during the YCP tenure are under serious questioning now. And on top of that, the government had previously enforced a cash only policy, which is turning out to be another huge deciding factor.
