Prashant Kishor is one of the biggest poll strategists in the country. He played a vital role in the successes of various parties like BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, YCP in the 2019 AP Elections and DMK in the 2021 Tamil Nadu Elections. Now, he is set to guide Thalapathy Vijay in his maiden poll stint in 2026.
It is already known that Vijay started his party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) last year. He will participate in active politics later this year, after completing his ongoing film assignment. Meanwhile, the TVK party members have already begun the groundwork and are prepping for the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections.
To strike hard in his maiden elections, Vijay joined forces with Prashant Kishor, who will serve as a special advisor to TVK. Prashant Kishor assured his guidance and support to the party’s victory in the 2026 elections.
Already, TVK announced Vijay as its CM candidate for the elections. Now, Prashant Kishore’s guidance may further strengthen the party and its roots in Tamil Nadu.
Prashant Kishor started his own party, Jan Suraaj Party in 2023. His party will be contesting in Bihar Assembly Elections which will be held later this year.
