Andhra Pradesh invited one of its biggest investment projects till date in the form of the Google data centre that’s coming soon in Vizag. Google announced that a strategic investment of $15 billion will fuel this mega project, which will be its biggest AI hub outside U.S.
This could very well give a new identity to the entire city of Vizag, much like how Microsoft gave to Hyderabad back in the 90s.
The entire financial district and surrounding areas witnessed persistent development and growth after the introduction of Microsoft during the Chandrababu regime here. A similar story could be in the developing for Vizag in the form of this new Google data centre.
In this context, chief minister, Chandra Babu has shared a very interesting picture on social media and this has something to do with Vizag getting “Googlefied”.
The G in Vizag stands for Google, Chandrababu posted a short while back. He even shared an edited image of the letter G in Vizag getting replaced with Google symbol. This picture is not trending on social media, and it is grabbing all the attention.
A relevant hashtag “youngest state, highest invest investment” has also been created to celebrate the Google deal which could well be a game changer for all of Andhra Pradesh.
