Andhra Pradesh IT Minister, Nara Lokesh has been taking very proactive measures with regard to the enhancement of the primary education in the state. In this context, a mega parent teacher meeting was held in Sathya Sai district today and it was attended by Lokesh and chief minister Chandrababu himself.
While addressing the crowd at this mega event that was held with an honest intention, Lokesh stated that he is happily accepting the challenge that is thrown by Deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan.
“Kalyan anna challenged the education department to take up the initiative set by prime minister Modi ji to plant 1 crore trees. I’m happily accepting the challenge. The education department will be planting 1 crore trees in the period and I will see to it.” Lokesh stated.
There is a personal touch to this mega tree plantation program as Prime Minister Modi had advised everyone to plant a tree in the name of their mother. This challenge was further instigated by deputy CM Kalyan and it was rapidly picked up by Lokesh who made a public announcement on this matter today.
More than the initiative itself, the camaraderie between Pawan and Lokesh has become a topic of discussion here. The synchronous work between them is now on course to deliver fruitful results as Lokesh has set out to plant 1 crore trees in the state.
