Nearly 24 hours ago, India completed one of its major anti terrorism operations in Pakistan through Operation Sindoor. As a part of this airstrike operation, India could successfully neutralise nine terrorism camps in Pakistan, with a few of them linked to the recent Pahalgam attacks.

Shortly, after this strategic attack by the Indian Army, the Pakistani government had authorised its military for retaliation at its own capacity.

On that note, it must be primarily noted that the Pakistani Army had shelled out heavy artillery at the India-Pakistan border area. The front of this attack was faced by the Poonch village in Jammu and Kashmir.

There was no military dignity that was followed in these attacks on the Indian side of the border. The attacks were mainly aimed at the Gurudwara belonging to the Sikh community and primary schools here.

In total, 12 people are feared dead, while 57 are injured in this military attack carried out by Pakistan. Sadly, all 12 of the deceased victims belong to Poonch village in Jammu Kashmir.

The Indian Army is fighting back at the retaliation activity by the Pakistan army, but the damage had been done as civilians took the brunt of the attack. The situation is depleting very quickly at the border and the Indian army is continually monitoring the same.
