For a while now, there has been an intense smear campaign against Deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan. Recently, it was the case of a farmer bureaucrat filing a case against Kalyan saying he misses government funds for film promotions, which was dismissed by the court.

And now another case has been filed against the imagery prospect of the deputy CM.

Incidentally, a case was recently filed at the Andhra Pradesh High Court, where the petitioner stated that it is against the practices to have the photo of the deputy chief minister in the government offices. This was a clear attempt to remove Kalyan’s image from the government administrative officers and looked like a petty attempt by the YCP group.

However, luckily for Kalyan, even this petition was turned down by the AP high court today. The court affirmatively said there is no restriction against the placement of the deputy chief minister’s photo in the government officers, and there is no merit in this case.

The court stated that this case appears to have more political angle than legal angle and reprimanded the petitioner for coming up with such an argumentative claim.

It appears that the YCP ecosystem is doing all it can to belittle Kalyan and his placement in the Andhra Pradesh political equilibrium, but their efforts are proving to be worthless.
