In a shocking development, Janasena party has officially suspended Vinutha Kota, the party’s in-charge for Srikalahasti constituency, after her arrest in connection with a murder case. Chennai police arrested Vinutha following the mysterious death of her personal assistant, Srinivasulu, also known as Rayudu.
Srinivasulu, who worked as a PA and driver for Vinutha, had gone missing recently. His dead body was later found in a drainage canal in Chennai. Police launched a detailed investigation and traced the victim back to Vinutha, as his hand had the Janasena symbol along with her name. This led to suspicions that he worked closely with her.
As the investigation progressed, Chennai police took Vinutha and her husband into custody, along with three other suspects. Reports suggest that the deceased was removed from his duties just weeks before his death, and Vinutha had even issued a public statement distancing herself from him.
With public speculation rising and pressure mounting, the Janasena party took swift action. The party stated that Vinutha’s actions were not in line with Janasena’s principles and that she had already been kept away from party activities for some time. The official suspension was announced by Janasena Conflict Management Head, Vemupati Ajay Kumar.
As the case unfolds, all eyes are on the investigation to see what role Vinutha and others may have played in the murder.
