One of the most infamous activities done by the previous YS Jagan government in Andhra Pradesh is the liquor scam. This has come back to haunt them big time as several key men from the Jagan government including his OSD and Operational Associates were arrested in the case.
In this context, the latest reports coming in from a reputed Telugu media outlet is suggesting that there were times when certain YCP activists including those close to Jagan’s family threatened certain liquor companies with guns.
The official course of investigation has established that a man named Hanumantha Reddy who is very close to YS Avinash’s father Bhaskar Reddy, had threatened liquor company representatives with a gun to pay up money.
Almost every liquor company was threatened by the men associated with Jagan’s YCP using one means or another. The shocking thing here is that even guns were used to persuade the situation.
The men facing the heat here are Raj Kasireddy, Midhun Reddy, Vijayasai Reddy, and Bhaskar Reddy who are the main accused in this case. Now, this Hanumantha Reddy has come under the radar.
