It is well known that Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu holds Singapore in high regard, especially when it comes to city planning and social infrastructure. This admiration played a key role in involving Singaporean representatives in the initial planning and development of Amaravati.
In this context, the Chief Minister is scheduled to visit Singapore on July 26 in what is being considered a significant and strategic trip to the developed island nation.
Reportedly, Chandrababu will be accompanied by his cabinet colleagues including Nara Lokesh, TG Bharath, Narayana, and others. The official tour will span four days, from July 26 to July 30.
During this visit, Chandrababu is expected to gather key insights and official reports on urban beautification, port development, town planning, and social infrastructure. While Chandrababu will lead the delegation, his cabinet members will also actively participate in the discussions and gain valuable insights in the process.
This marks Chandrababu Naidu’s first official visit to Singapore after assuming office for a record-breaking fourth term as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. His vision of shaping Amaravati on the Singapore model remains a strong ambition, and this visit reaffirms his commitment to realizing that dream.
