An Indian Army Jawan from Andhra Pradesh was martyred during the exchange of fire between India and Pakistan, along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to the details, an Indian Army soldier, Murali Nayak, lost his life while fighting for his country on the frontlines of the border. He hails from Kallithanda village under Gaddamthanda panchayat in Satya Sai district of Andhra Pradesh. Reportedly, the incident took place either yesterday or the day before yesterday. Murali Nayak’s mortal remains are expected to reach his native village by tomorrow.

Murali Nayak studied Somam Deva Palli and one of the youngsters from his region to serve in the Indian Armed Forces. The village sarppanch said that a couple of other youngsters from their place also serve in the Indian Armed Forces. Meanwhile, the entire nation salutes Murali Nayak’s bravery and mourns his death.

Tensions escalated between India and Pakistan over the last few days, especially after the Pahalgam Terrorist Attack. The Indian Armed Forces have successfully repulsed Pakistan’s drones and munitions along the western border yesterday.
