After having scripted one of the most remarkable comeback stories in the history of Andhra Pradesh politics, Nara Lokesh has been stationing himself in Mangalagiri more often than not. He recently commissioned a free electric bus service and also flagged off a road construction project in Mangalagiri.
Now Lokesh is again back in Mangalagiri. He is taking part in the Mana Illu – Mana Lokesh program. As a part of this initiative, Lokesh is distributing free houses to eligible economically weaker families in the constituency.
While addressing the public gathering at this government program, Lokesh made a revelation about the conversation between himself and his father chief Minister Chandrababu.
“Chandra Babu Garu asked me about Mangalagiri. He told me Mangalagiri is not the only constituency in Andhra Pradesh, and I must be actively involved all across the status as well. I replied that Mangalagiri is special for me as this constituency people embraced and encouraged me after a humiliating defeat in the 2019 election. So it is my duty to pay them back with my constant services.” Lokesh stated.
It is evident that Lokesh is highly prioritising the Mangalagiri constituency and is leaving no stone unturned to become the very finest MLA to have represented this crucial constituency, which was never a strong hold for TDP in the past. Lokesh appears to be on the mission to make this crucial Mangalagiri constituency of fortress for TDP in the years to follow.
