Usually, the security protocols and convoy regulations for chief ministers will be enforced in a very strict manner. The security officers make sure that the convoy is not stopped anywhere through the course of the journey.

However, something extremely interesting happened in Tirupati yesterday while chief Minister Chandrababu was in town to take part in the ITCX 25 Summit. After completing the summit, the convoy of the chief minister was travelling in the Mangalam route.

This was something unexpected happened as chief minister Babu immediately ordered his convoy to stop as he wanted to greet and interact with one particular person who was standing on road. It turned out to be that the chief minister had a very warm reason why he stopped his convoy.

Apparently, Chandrababu greeted an elderly man with white hair, named Basha, TDP senior leader from Sheshachalam, who was standing by the road. Reportedly Chandrababu knew this Basha for the last 40 years and they had a good rapport in the earlier days.

Basha was absolutely blown away when he saw the chief minister, stop his convoy and interact with him in the middle of the road. He stated that he knew Babu for the last four decades, but he never expected the chief minister to stop his convoy, just to interact with him in the middle of the road.

He then stated that he is absolutely stunned by the humanity shown by Chandrababu and says that he will cherish this incident till his last day. At the end of the day, it can be noted that such humane gestures and social thinking is the reason why Chandrababu was successful in politics for the last 40 years or more
