One of the proactive measures taken by the incumbent NDA government in Andhra Pradesh is its frequent engagement with the public to assess the ground-level situation. In this context, Janasena is launching an interesting initiative with their campaign, “Janam Loki Janasena.”
This mass outreach program, conceived and executed by Janasena, will be led by Naga Babu, who is spearheading the flagship initiative. The program is set to begin tomorrow, February 2.
It has already been confirmed that Naga Babu will be inducted into the Andhra Pradesh cabinet, with the only pending step being his nomination in the upcoming MLC elections, which is expected soon. Ahead of this, Naga Babu appears to be preparing for his active political entry through these outreach programs organized by his party.
Interestingly, Janasena has chosen Punganur, a stronghold of the YCP, as the location for the first Janam Loki Janasena event. The constituency is represented by YCP senior leader Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, who has held it for decades. This strategic move by Naga Babu and the Janasena think tank signals an attempt to make inroads into this key constituency.
Pawan Kalyan had previously stated that even his brother would need to actively engage with the public to earn government positions. As the first step in this direction, Naga Babu is stepping into the public arena, where he will have the opportunity to engage with JSP cadres and, more importantly, with the common people. Building this grassroots connection is crucial for his acceptance as a legitimate cabinet minister.
