Pradeep Machiraju is gearing up for the release of his upcoming rural love saga, Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi, set to hit the screens on the 11th of this month.

Taking his time for his second film, Pradeep reveals that he was waiting for the right story. “We explored many narratives, but we were fortunate to find this one. We built it from the ground up, and it took a bit longer because we were determined to get every detail just right.”

Talking about the plot, Pradeep describes Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi as a modern-day Chandamama Katha. “It revolves around a village girl and a civil engineer who visits her village. The village has its own unique customs and rules, and the hero finds himself caught in the middle of these traditions. The unfolding of this conflict is what makes the story truly captivating.”

The film stars Deepika Pilli as the female lead, and Pradeep assures that audiences will be pleasantly surprised by her performance. “For the female lead, we were specifically looking for a Telugu girl. After conducting auditions, look tests, and workshops, we chose Deepika. She has delivered a remarkable performance, and I’m confident the audience will be impressed.”

Directed by Nitin and Bharath, and produced under the Monks and Monkeys banner, Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi will be distributed by Mythri Movie Distributors.
