Suhas is one of those rare actors who started his career with YouTube videos and went on to become a lead hero. He has carved a niche for himself by playing supporting characters initially, and then evolved as a lead hero. Though his film choices were interesting in the beginning, they have slowly become dull and mundane. As a result, the actor has been stuck in a series of flops, which are affecting his career as a lead hero.
Suhas debuted as a lead hero with the 2020 film Colour Photo. He was well appreciated for her performance in the movie, and it also went to film a National Award as Best Telugu Feature Film. Later, Suhaas impressed the audiences with movies like Drama Family, Writer Padmabhushan and Ambajipeta Marriage Band.
Later, his career started witnessing a steep downhill with consecutive flops like Prasanna Vadanam, Sreeranga Neethulu, Gorre Puranam and Janaka Aithe Ganaka. This year, he came up with Uppu Kappurambu, which had a direct release on Amazon Prime Video last week. He acted alongside Keerthy Suresh in the movie. Though the film had a talented cast, it couldn’t appeal to the viewers.
So, Suhas pinned all his hopes on Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama, which had hit the screens yesterday. However, this film also received a disappointing response from the viewers and may end up as another upsetting outing for Suhas. Industry sources say that if this is the case, Suhas’s career as a lead hero will end very soon. People opined that it is high time for the actor to choose scripts wisely and come up with better products.
