Malayalee girl Mamitha Baiju caught everyone’s attention in films like Super Sharanya. Later, with Premalu, she garnered a nationwide fame. In Telugu, the film earned a blockbuster status, leaving Mamitha with the girl-next-door image. In the recently released film Dude, Mamitha’s performance impressed the audiences, while some also developed hatred towards her because of the role she played.

The director also showcased Mamitha’s role without crossing the line and without anyone outrightly rejecting the character. Mamitha did complete justice to the role. Not just that, she performed pretty well and retained the spotlight on to her. With a couple of biggies in her kitty now, she is the rising star in South Cinema.

If any actress could make the viewers hate her, then the actress succeeded. Mamitha has succeeded now in a similar manner in Dude. She played the role of Kundana, who is the most pampered but loves the hero. When he rejects her love, she tries to come out of this hangover and likes someone else with whom she also becomes pregnant. She played all the variations in her role very well and even surprised with her dancing skills.

Up next, Mamitha has two biggies, one with Vijay and another one with Suriya. While Vijay’s Jana Nayagan is already wrapped up, she plays an important role in the film, where the story revolves around her. If the film becomes a hit, Mamitha will become the next big thing in Kollywood, considering the hype that the project is already carrying.

And then, we have Suriya’s next with Venky Atluri. Reportedly, Mamitha is not paired up with Suriya but she has a prominent character in the movie. Already, Mamitha proved with Premalu and Dude. If this new film also earns her success, Mamitha will surely be flooded with back to back roles in Telugu.

By default, if Mamitha gains back-to-back hits in Telugu and Tamil, she will automatically garner stardom in her native language Malayalam.
