Global star Ram Charan’s Game Changer, released in January this year, is considered the biggest disaster in the actor’s career. Directed by Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, the film utterly failed to make an impact at the box office. The other day, the film’s editor also commented that the film’s footage came to around seven hours. Meanwhile, Dil Raju also discussed Game Changer in the press meet he held today.

At the time of the release, the film’s pirated version was made available online on the release day itself. The film was screened on a local cable TV channel in Andhra Pradesh and was also screened in a bus. At that time, an Ex-Producer commented that Dil Raju was the brainchild behind the piracy and he intentionally leaked the movie.

Addressing the speculation today, Dil Raju asked why would he leak his own movie. “The comment made by a former producer is not acceptable. Why would I leak my film? Given a chance, I would protect my movie from getting pirated. If I leak my film, isn’t it a loss for me and my distributors?” asked Dil Raju.

Dil Raju also faced criticism that time he can pull off any publicity stunt just to get a sympathy towards the film. Since the film was made on a massive budget, many commented that Dil Raju intentionally did it but in reality, those are all speculations to bring down the producer’s morale.

On the other hand, Dil Raju spoke about the theatre closure controversy and assured that the trade bodies would soon meet the government of Andhra Pradesh.
