The Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce has issued a strong directive to its members in light of the unilateral strike call given by certain unions under the Telugu Film Industry Employees Federation.
In its official statement, the Chamber has clearly instructed all members not to engage in any discussions or negotiations with the striking unions until further orders. This decision is aimed at maintaining a unified stance among producers, studios, and allied sectors during the ongoing dispute.
The Chamber has also issued strict orders to studios, outdoor units, and infrastructure units not to provide any services without prior intimation and explicit approval from the Chamber itself. This measure is expected to prevent any activities that may undermine the collective position of the film industry’s stakeholders.
Furthermore, producers and studio sector members have been urged to treat the matter with the utmost seriousness and ensure complete compliance with the advisory.
Industry insiders say the Chamber’s move signals a firm stand against unilateral disruptions and emphasizes the need for coordinated action to resolve the issues affecting the Telugu film sector.
