Ye Maya Chesave is a special film in Telugu, starring Naga Chaitanya and Samantha in the lead roles. The film was released in 2010 and is heading for a grand re-release now. Interestingly, the speculations are rife that Samantha will be promoting the film with Chay. But, the actress straight away condemned the rumor and confirmed that she is not promoting the film at all.
Reportedly, the audiences and fans are expecting to see Chay and Sam promote the film together. However, Samantha made it clear that she is not promoting the film with anyone and for that matter, not promoting the film at all.
“I don’t know where this talk is coming from. Maybe fans of the film want to see the lead pair together. But one can’t live one’s life through the audience’s lensing of life,” she shared with a leading Bollywood news website.
Samantha debuted with Ye Maya Chesave and the film has become a very big hit. It instantly landed a lot of opportunities to Samantha, eventually making her the top heroine of Telugu for several years.
Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film is produced by Manjula Ghattamaneni.
