They Call Him OG, released on September 25, opened strongly at the box office and is quickly approaching the 300 crore mark. Among all regions, the USA has been the strongest performing territory for the film. The movie reached its breakeven point soon after release and has now entered profit territory, with North American collections heading towards $6 million.

To celebrate the success, director Sujeeth and music director Thaman visited Dallas, USA, on Saturday for special screenings and fan interactions. Sujeeth, a longtime fan of Pawan Kalyan, received a warm welcome from the actor’s fans in Hyderabad earlier, and the reception in Dallas was equally enthusiastic.

Speaking to the crowd, Sujeeth said he was thrilled to see the audience’s reaction in the US. He shared a personal moment, revealing that Pawan Kalyan called him the day after the release and hugged him, a memory he described as very special. He added that his focus was always on creating a euphoric experience for viewers rather than how long the film would run in theatres. “It feels great to see that euphoria on the 10th day in the USA. Hopefully next time, I will be here from day one,” he said.

Sujeeth also called Part 1 of They Call Him OG a “trial ball,” hinting at bigger celebrations and responses for the next installment. He thanked Prathyangira Cinemas for handling the screenings smoothly despite last-minute content delays. Thaman added that the energy from the US audience matched that of Hyderabad.

They Call Him OG stars Pawan Kalyan, Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Neha Shetty, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, and Prakash Raj. The film is produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under DVV Entertainments, with music by Thaman S.
