Music continues to be one of the biggest driving forces for films today. The buzz around new releases often starts with songs, and success is now measured not just by melodies but also by YouTube views and Instagram reels. The first week of November is set to see several major first singles, all of which will play a key role in building hype for their respective films.

The Raja Saab first single, initially planned for Prabhas’ birthday on October 23, was postponed due to simultaneous updates on his other projects Fauzi and Spirit. The makers have now confirmed November 5 as the new release date. The film marks Thaman’s first full-fledged collaboration with Prabhas. The Raja Saab is scheduled to release in theatres on January 9.

Peddi will have its first single released on November 8 during AR Rahman’s concert in Hyderabad. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who earlier impressed with Uppena, this film marks his first collaboration with both AR Rahman and Ram Charan. The film is planned for a March 27, 2026 release.

Akhanda 2: Thaandavam is also set to unveil its first single in early November. With the film’s release nearing on December 5, the team is preparing to kick-start promotions. The collaboration between Nandamuri Balakrishna, Boyapati Sreenu, and Thaman has already raised expectations, and fans are eager for the first song.

Jana Nayagan (titled Jana Nayakudu in Telugu) will release its first single in the same week. The song, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, was earlier planned for October but got delayed following the Karur stampede during Vijay’s political event. Now back on track for a Pongal release on January 9, the film’s musical campaign is set to begin in the first week of November.

This lineup makes the first week of November a true musical treat for film lovers.
