Teja Sajja and Karthik Ghattamaneni joined forces for the first time, to offer something Indian cinema hasn’t witnessed before. The film Mirai, bankrolled by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad has already generated strong buzz with glimpses, teaser, and songs. Meanwhile, the film’s trailer was dropped.
As the world of Mirai falls under the shadow of the Black Sword, the protagonist unaware of his true powers is chosen to face him. A magic wand awakens fragments of his strength, but it isn’t enough to prevail the evil force. At the edge of despair, Lord Sri Ram descends, offering divine guidance and the power to turn the tide.
Teja Sajja, who initially appears as an underdog, undergoes a powerful transformation, a journey that feels epic. His strong screen presence, stellar performance, and breathtaking stunts truly establish him as a true Super Yodha. Manoj Manchu’s menacing performance is the other highlight. Ritika Nayak is impressive in a pivotal role, while the trailer also introduces the characters of Shriya Saran, Jagapathi Babu and Jayaram.
Karthik Ghattamaneni proves once again why he’s regarded as one of the finest cinematographers. The visuals in the trailer are spectacular. This time, however, he goes a step further, demonstrating his talent not just behind the camera but also as a writer and director. His grand storytelling highlights his directorial vision, and he’s ably backed by a solid technical and production team.
Gowra Hari’s musical score beautifully complements the visuals, breathing life into every frame. His work is especially powerful during the Lord Rama sequence, which transports the audience into a divine, almost heavenly realm. The production values of PMF are rock solid.
On the whole, Mirai trailer is visual spectacle, magical, mesmerizing, and almost unbelievable. It sets an exceptionally high bar for the film, which is set to release on September 12th.
