The long-awaited Kannappa finally hit theatres today, and surprisingly, Manchu Manoj was spotted at Prasads Multiplex catching the very first show. Given the not-so-warm equation between the Manchu brothers, his presence alone raised curiosity. After the screening, Manoj didn’t hold back on his reaction. Speaking to the media, Manoj shared a few words that reflected his genuine reaction to the film.
He remarked that the movie was “a thousand times better than I expected,” expressing how the final output far exceeded his expectations. He went on to say that Prabhas’s arrival takes the film to the next level. In what came as a heartfelt acknowledgment, Manoj admitted that he never imagined such a powerful performance in the climax, not even in his dreams. Though he didn’t name anyone specifically, many were quick to read between the lines and believe it was a nod to the film’s lead, Vishnu Manchu.
He concluded by congratulating the team, saying he wishes their efforts should be rewarded with big success and hoped the money invested on the film would return in a thousandfold.
