Thalapathy Vijay is finally signing up for the last film of his career, titled ‘Jana Nayagan,’ which will be produced by the prestigious KVN Productions. This cinematic goliath raised expectations with every content. The film is officially set to storm theaters worldwide on January 9, 2026
The makers of Jana Nayagan released the ‘First Roar’ on social media as the clock struck 12 am, celebrating Vijay’s 51st birthday on Sunday. The First Roar video begins with Vijay’s most said line during his speeches, ‘En nenjil kudi irukum’, as the screen shares the line ‘A true leader rises not for power, but for the people.
It showcases a burning site, as Thalapathy Vijay gets introduced walking with a sword in his hand and dressed as a cop. His walk, charm, and swag while setting his mustache while walking give goosebumps to everyone. Anirudh Ravichander elevates every frame with his electrifying score. The rich production values and visuals are amazing.
Director H. Vinoth fully satisfies Thalapathy fans, giving what they expect in top quality. Earlier, the released posters of the film also showed Vijay as a people’s leader, concurring with his political personality as well. The ultimate crowd-puller with a massive family fan base, Thalapathy Vijay is going to create an epic sensation with this one.
Jana Nayagan is an ambitious project for Venkat K Narayana of KVN Productions as it will be the final chapter in Vijay’s illustrious career. This is KVN Productions first-ever pan-India venture. In addition to Vijay, Pooja Hegde, and Bobby Deol, the film boasts a stellar cast including Gautham Vasudev Menon, National Award-winning actress Priyamani, veteran actor Prakash Raj, Narein and rising star Mamitha Baiju.
The film will be co-produced by Jagadish Palanisamy and Lohith. ‘Jana Nayagan’ is set to have a grand release, in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. At the helm of this monumental project stands the visionary director H Vinoth.
