Cinema runs in Jaanvi Ghattamaneni’s blood, but her love for the craft comes from devotion, not just family legacy. Growing up, she watched her grandfather, Superstar Krishna, and her uncle, Mahesh Babu, captivate audiences with their screen presence. But it was never the glamour that fascinated her, but it was the craft itself.

Jaanvi’s first on-camera role came at age ten in her mother Manjula Ghattamaneni’s directorial debut, Manasuku Nachindi. “Even then, she was so natural and focused,” recalls Manjula. “Her spontaneity reminded me of Mahesh at that age, an instinctive connection to the story that you either have or don’t.”

Since then, Jaanvi has trained rigorously in acting, dance, and movement, sharpening her instincts and discipline. For her, acting is not just a family inheritance, it’s a calling, felt in every gesture, glance, and expression.

In this photoshoot, Jaanvi shows her versatility, moving easily from vibrant, modern looks like short patterned dresses and denim crop tops to the timeless, royal charm of traditional South Indian attire, complete with gold temple jewelry and a neat bun.

Jaanvi has been listening to various scripts, and as someone who is very passionate about cinema, she is expected to make her debut soon. Needless to say, she is set to make a big mark, just like her grandfather and uncle.
