Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is currently busy with the promotions of his next movie, titled Kishkindhapuri. Directed by Kaushik Pegallapati, the film is hitting the screens on the 12th of this month. As everyone is feeling that the film is lacking buzz, Bellamkonda gave a bold statement that he would leave the film industry if the audiences use their phone after the ten minutes of the film.
“For any one, the success means that we should make the audiences not touch their phone while watching the film. Honestly, Kishkindhapuri will do it,” said Bellamkonda.
Immediately, he stated, “If the audiences use their phone after ten minutes into the movie, I will leave the movie industry.”
When grilled further, Bellamkonda genuinely expressed that he and his team invested a lot of effort into making the movie, in order to give a great viewing experience to the audiences. However, this is not the first time that Bellamkonda gave such bold statements.
For his last film Bhairavam, Bellamkonda Sreenivas stated that the film’s climax is bigger than Kanthara. Everyone felt that he is exaggerating at that time and after the film’s release, a few appreciated the climax but his comparison did not hold weight. Now, we have to see if Bellamkonda stick to his challenger for real or just passed a statement out of an emotion.
Billed to be a horror entertainer, Kishkindhapuri will compete with Mirai, on coming Friday.
