Natural Star Nani is basking in the glory of yet another hit in his career, as his latest release HIT: The 3rd Case garners registers packed theatres across regions. The film’s success meet, held today, was also graced by veteran producer Dil Raju.
Dil Raju shared his thoughts, saying, “On May 1, the Telugu film industry began breathing again. Though several films released last month, audiences were staying away from theatres. We were worried that the summer might go by without a hit. We pinned all our hopes on HIT 3 and were anxiously awaiting the response. The pre-sales gave us a glimmer of hope, and now, the reception in theatres has been exceptional. Everyone is especially talking about the last 30 minutes of the film.”
Director Sailesh Kolanu expressed his gratitude to Nani, saying, “I hope I’ve lived up to the trust he placed in me. Seeing packed theatres is heartwarming. Our team worked tirelessly—we even travelled across the country to capture the best visuals. Watching it all come alive on the big screen is incredibly satisfying.”
Nani, clearly moved by the audience’s love, shared, “The response from the industry, fans, and well-wishers has been phenomenal. I’m thrilled that HIT 3 is getting super hit talk. This is just the beginning—we ourselves don’t know how far this journey will go. So, we’re holding back on making any grand statements just yet. But yes, we’ll need to celebrate this at least four or five times!”
As both the lead actor and producer of the film, Nani added, “This time, the responsibility is greater. I feel very proud of Sailesh—what you’ve seen in this film is only a teaser of his true vision. I also want to extend a big thank you to Dil Raju for his continued support. My sincere gratitude to the Andhra Pradesh government, Hon. CM Chandrababu Naidu, and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan for their support, particularly with the ticketing policy. This success is not just for our film, but for Telugu cinema as a whole. I hope this wave of success continues with upcoming releases as well.”
Nani will be heading to the USA later today and will return in five days. He is expected to actively participate in post-release promotions upon his return.
