Sree Vishnu’s wholesome entertainer Single is running successfully in theatres in its second week, and the team celebrated its success in the presence of the entire team, and also in the attendance of several special guests.
Director Anil Ravipudi, speaking at the success event, praised Sree Vishnu’s comic timing. “Sree Vishnu is a close buddy, and I truly admire his comic timing. He has the potential and spark reminiscent of Rajendra Prasad. I’d love to work with him in the future. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed Vennela Kishore’s lungi step. It was hilarious.”
Vamshi Paidipally also appreciated Sree Vishnu and the entire team. “Caarthick has made a strong mark with Single, and I’m eagerly looking forward to his next project. I’ve always learned a lot from Allu Aravind. After Andaz Apna Apna, where Salman and Aamir had unmatched energy, I’ve seen that same kind of chemistry in Sree Vishnu and Vennela Kishore in this film. Sree Vishnu is quiet and humble off screen, but he transforms into a tiger on-screen, the quality I’ve seen earlier in Vijay.”
Sree Vishnu made some interesting comments. “The story of Single came to me through my friend Kaushik, who introduced me to Caarthick. Interestingly, the script had been turned down by many heroes, whom I sincerely thank. This film was made purely to bring laughter to the audience. I truly enjoyed working with Allu Aravind. I believe Single will continue to run successfully in theatres for another two weeks.”
Producer Allu Aravind also had high praise for the actor and director. “After watching the full rushes of Single, I immediately signed Sree Vishnu for two more films. I was impressed by his humility and handed him a generous advance. Caarthick Raju has handled the film brilliantly. The momentum picked up from the matinee show itself and only got stronger.”
The event was also graced by notable filmmakers like Kishore Tirumala, Ram Abbaraju, Vivek Athreya, and Hasith Goli.
