As per Tamil media reports, Nandamuri Balakrishna is in talks with director Adhik Ravichandran for an exciting film. Adhik Ravichandran is a talented filmmaker with great directorial skill. His last film, Good Bad Ugly, revived the hopes of Ajith’s fans, and the actor scored a massive blockbuster. Upon liking Adhik’s work, Balayya reportedly heard an idea pitched by the director.
Having been impressed with the concept, Balakrishna asked Adhik Ravichandran to develop it into a full script. Adhik is currently developing the story for further narration, post which Balakrishna will take a call on the film.
Interestingly, Adhik has also been planning another film with Ajith, though it’s unclear whether that will soon materialize. Ajith trusts Adhik immensely, especially after the director brought back his vintage mass appeal.
Adhik Ravichandran’s filmmaking style is unique but hasn’t always resonated with Telugu audiences. The Telugu versions of his earlier movies, Mark Antony and Good Bad Ugly did not find success. This raises curiosity about how Adhik would handle Balakrishna’s larger-than-life screen presence and mass appeal.
As of now, the collaboration remains speculative, and nothing is official.
On the other hand, Balakrishna has a packed schedule. After wrapping up Akhanda 2, he is set to begin work on Gopichand Malineni’s next, followed by Aditya 999 Max.
